This is Babe, we call him that because he is tiny, I mean real tiny, he is by far the smallest parrot in the house, coincidentally he is also the best fly-er and and can fly and hover around the house.

We had to ring the boing with a clear plastic disk on the top to prevent him from leaving the boing into the tree. Now he plays on the boing without trying to get into the tree :)
